Woman, appreciated, enough, significant....

TO be a woman.

Woman to woman; man to man, do they ever understand just how much we give.

Give, give, give until we have nothing left, its all take and take.

Take notice of the women in your life, how much love, sweat, tears they have – how much joy, stress, and sacrifice they have.

Have, we have so much inner strength and power as a woman  we sometimes forget to listen to its voice.

Voice the one we speak, the one we listen to, the one we ignore, the one that is always there giving us the support we need.

Needs are often forgotten about, making way for the wants of others. As a child we are taught between the difference between wants and needs. Need before want.

Wants, are just important, they are the flare to remind us to think about ourselves to put ourselves first.

First, a word that always comes second to every other person’s name, some days we forget our name- how do we forget who we are? Who we are is of significance.

Significance, why do we value it based on other people’s opinions of us? Significance is not earned, it is a birthright, we all are of significance, we don’t have to prove it.

It is hard to remember we are enough, especially when we feel overwhelmed, tired, disappointed and sad.

Sad, it is okay to have days where we feel this way. It makes a human, it helps us connect and appreciate the people, experiences and things that make us happy.

Happy in our skin is where our true beauty lies. It lies deep in our skin, nestled in our heart, pumping our desires and passion.

Passion we forget we need it for all parts of our life, purpose and pleasure.

Pleasure is not a sin, it does not exist to make you feel guilty, it is here to remind us that life is to be lived.

Lived, at the end of the day this is what the goal is . To have lived on our own terms, to listen to our voices, acknowledge our worth and be appreciated for what we give.

Big Love
